Omoikiri Budo Kai Delahey opened in 2011 and caters to all age groups. Training is conducted in a fun and family friendly atmosphere.
Omoikiri Budo Kai is a freestyle form of martial art based primarily on a traditional karate. We have taken advantage of our freestyle status and worked into our syllabus elements of Kickboxing, Judo, Jujitsu and Kyusho.
